You’ll receive a few more emails or texts walking you through the entire process. But here’s an overview of what to expect.
 
What happens next:

1. We’ll send an email to verify the address. Sometimes the vehicle is parked at a separate location.
2. The tow company will contact you to set up the pick-up time.
3. You will need the tow driver to sign the Impound Tow Form and we’ll tow it away for you.
